The company just finished a pretty big training for around 150 employees from different teams. People at the main office were there in person, and everyone else joined online. The goal was mostly to make sure everyone knows the company’s lithium products better and can handle common problems without too much trouble.
They covered three main topics. First, all the small lithium products the company makes, what they are, what they do. Some parts were a bit confusing but most got it. Second, batteries, specs, signals—you know, performance and safety stuff. Third, how to tell what kind of fault a product has quickly. Trainers tried to make it simple, but some bits were tricky.
After the sessions, everyone took a test. Not everyone got perfect scores, but it helped people review. Overall, the training seemed useful. People learned new stuff, felt more confident, and at least now teams in different places are more or less on the same page. Looks like more trainings like this will happen soon.
